There is no appeal no comfort in this style. Guys who do it want to be noticed, but more for their ignorance rather than a smart decision to look nice. Anyone who disagrees is only using it as a crutch to rebel against common sense. How many kids that wear their pants like that even pay taxes or contribute toward their community in a positive way?
