All it took was one fight for Greg Hardy to be signed by the UFC.
Fighting in his professional MMA debut, the controversial ex-NFL All-Pro needed just 57 seconds to flatten Austen Lane on the season two debut of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series. Hardy first brought the previously undefeated Lane to his knees with a devastating right hand, then finished his fellow NFL veteran with a brutal left-hand bomb. The performance was enough to impress Dana White, as the UFC president awarded Hardy a UFC development deal later that night.
