  2. I do a lot of this and more without any instruction. When you set out to
    explore your body and how it works you start figuring things out. You have
    to really engage your strength and really push and pull while creating
    torque all over your body. Screw your feet into the ground and twist your
    arms as far around each way as you can.

  5. WOW! ….3 weeks ago i had a (we in germany call it) “lumbago”…now its
    away, but theres still a little bit pain left. after the shaolin workout,
    its better! can someone tell me if its alright to train with a little bit
    of pain left. (within the workout i have no pain, otherwise i wouldnt do it
    =) ) i dont wanna mess up my back thats why i´m asking.

  6. Most people aren’t mature enough to handle the responsibility that goes
    with developing these skills. I’m glad most people don’t practice this.
    Many would use the knowledge to needlessly hurt others.
