Mixed Martial Arts: Moves, Tactics & Concepts #2, Prof. Pedro Sauer of Rickson Gracie Jiu Jitsu — 20 Comments

  1. You should post some of these to this contest on the G-Form Facebook page. You can win a trip to London to train with Brad Pickett.

  2. obviously ,to be able to these against a real oppponent, you need to train a lot on them and gradually increase resistance

  4. I use to train with Prof Sauer and Ricky Lundell for a little while in his Provo academy in Utah. He is a class act. He is the best teacher anyone can have. If you earn a Black belt from Prof Sauer it will not take you time but hours on the mat. He would often say it is not how long you take BJJ but how many hours of training you put on the mat. I had a little shy of 280 hour on the mat with Prof sauer and Ricky and I have to say it was time well spent and time I cherrish.
