Aanand and Kamesh are good friends. Kamesh is a womanizer who flirts with almost every woman he meets where as Aanand is shy and conservative. They both fall in love with same girl Subha, who’s influenced by the western culture. Kamesh initially flirts with her but ends up falling in love and even Subha takes a liking to him but when Aanand proposes to her, she accepts it. This angers Kamesh and he plans to take revenge on Aanand. Now, Subha is torn between two best friends who love her equally and has to choose between them.
