I think the video clip is from 1993 and takes place in Kuala Lumpur. Wushu great Yuan Wen Qing once again performing the amazing compulsory that he does soo well. 長拳

  1. This is 1990, Kuala Lumpur, International Championship (1 year before 1st Wrold Champ in Bei Jing). I was there and was 7th in chang quan after Yuan Wen Qin (can see myself in this video behind the judges’ desk).

  3. my mistake, but its the 1990 International Wushu Championships, Kualalumpur, Malaysia.

  5. really? hm, in 91 the worlds championships were in beijing. in 93 they were in KL-malaysia. anyway, yuan wenqing is amazing the same :D
