  1. I have been following Denise with her videos since I was 14, I’m 25 now. My Mom used her video Tone Up 123 to lose weight after she had me. I love Denise Austin!! I would love too see more videos on just stretches….I get sore really easily and its nice to do a nice 10-15 stretch before I get started again!

    And more 5 min workouts please!! I stop through out my day to do these, its the only way to keep doing it!

  7. hiii well i hope that workout will help me iam 157 cm tall and 60 kilograms i want to weight 54 or 53 killos i have a perfect body except that my body fats concentrate in high degrees in my waist and butt i don’t wanna lose alot of weight i just want to lose fats in my butt and waist so how many times a day must i do it to see results?
