You can make car with ultimate perfection. I like it. I have made cam follower mechanism prototype, different than normal cam follower mechanism.
In my cam follower system,
1. Follower is offset.
2. Force is applied through follower to cam and by using that force cam is rotated.
3. It creates Energy and it will take place of I.C. Engine.(Difficult to believe)
